As a successful Boston real estate agent, IT always puzzled me how and why some people choose private Boston real estate agents to sell their homes. For most of us, buying real estate is the biggest investment you'll make than ever before in our lives. However, when it comes time to take advantage of this investment many home sellers are pretty too casual and have very low standards for the person of their choice to address the sale of their property.

I received a call from a woman about six months ago, who asked me to do a comparative market analysis (CMA) of her Boston condo. She cited my track record selling Boston real estate and apartments Boston, my knowledge of the Boston real estate market, and professionalism as reasons they see me as the most qualified real estate agent to sell her home. It also revealed to me that my service charge was identical to the five other agents interviewed the "price" no objection and would like to overcome.
